Delete your account and data
This page explains how to delete your data from the Biblive app (Google Play, developer Daniel Amador Montaño).
In the app
- Open Biblive and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm. This applies to guest profiles and accounts connected with Google.
- The service revokes access and queues resumable account deletion; the app clears local data after the request is accepted. Uninstalling alone does not request server deletion.
Without the app
E-mail privacidad@biblive.app from your account's address with the subject "Delete account". We will confirm the deletion.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Account-linked profile/tradition, completed days, progress, reminder devices and Google account binding are removed by the deletion worker. Failed cleanup steps retry; the privacy contact handles unresolved requests. A one-day revocation marker prevents old credentials from being reused.
- You can delete only your tradition without deleting the account: in Settings → Tradition, choose "Not sure".
- Raw pseudonymous analytics rows already written to Parquet expire under the configured 35-day S3 lifecycle; they are not selectively deleted. Account-to-analytics/campaign mappings are deleted. Aggregated statistics contain no account identifier. A purchase-token digest may remain without the former account or history to prevent duplicate ownership; Google Play retains its own purchase records.
- Deleting the app account or uninstalling does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal separately in Google Play.
